Savour the charm of this sophisticated 1930s Mas Provencal on “Top of the World” with its magnificent views of the Cote d’Azur all the way from Nice to the east and the Esterel Mountains to the west. Located only 15 min from Cannes and 25 min from Nice International Airport. The Villa is in the area of St. Christophe on a small quiet road with direct access to the beautiful forest of the Route Napoleon.

The panoramic view of the coastline makes a glorious start to your day. Wake up to the view of the spectacular sunrise over the southern alps and in the evening watch the sunset over the Esterel mountains.

The Villa has four bedrooms all with this wonderful view and it is perfectly suitable for one to two families. Two double bedrooms with king size beds. One bedroom with two queen size beds. One bedroom with two single beds. Cot available.

There are four exquisite marble bathrooms and three separate toilets. The house has characteristic French doors in all rooms and is decorated with a love for style and luxury. The kitchen has direct access to the outdoor BBQ. There is a spacious dining room with French doors opening into the living room.

The 5000m2 garden has all the vegetation that is so distinctive of Provence, with olive trees welcoming you at the entrance together with lemon and orange trees. There are huge eucalyptus trees and cypress, rosemary and lavender. Large old palm trees are delightfully located in the pool area to provide beauty and shade. Enjoy a cool drink on one of the various terraces or do as the French do and have a siesta in the shade or simply enjoy the spectacular view.

The large pool (10X8m2) is situated on the edge of the garden in beautiful surroundings. It has a spacious play/swim area and shallow end.

Directions from Airport:
Go onto the motorway A8 direction Cannes. Exit (sortie 47) Villeneuve-Loubet. Follow directions to Grasse - you are now on the route D2085. Stay on this road for about 20 min.

Drive through Magagnosc and where the village ends (you will see the sign) you turn right into Chemin de Saint Christophe. Continue to the end, which is about 2 km - turn right (a very shape turn) into Boulevard Alice de Rothschild.

Continue for about 500m up the mountain – on your right hand side you will find Chemin de la Corniche. Continue until you arrive at number 6 on your right hand side.
